Don RatihDon Raith, FPSO Delivery Manager, Premier Oil 
Don has over 30 years of offshore oil & gas experience, including 17 years working in FPSO project management, engineering, construction commissioning and operations.. He has a proven track record as Project Manager, successfully delivering difficult FPSO developments, within very tight schedules & budgets.
He originally trained and sailed as an marine engineer in the British Merchant Navy.  He is a Chartered Engineer, Member of the  Institute of Marine Engineers, Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and has a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Greenwich University in London.
He has worked in Europe, North America, South America, Asia & West Africa for a number of companies including, SBM, Modec, Bluewater, Hamilton Oil, AMEC and Lloyd’s Register.

Michael WyllieMichael Wyllie, Group Technology Director, SBM Offshore
Michael Wyllie joined SBM in 1995 and holds the position of Group Technology Director since 2010. He is responsible for all Technology matters in the Group, which includes driving the development and qualification of new or improved products and proprietary components in line with market needs. He also has responsibility for SBM’s proprietary Technical Standards. Prior to moving into more general management roles in engineering, proposals and sales, Michael contributed to various major SBM projects in engineering management positions. He is a member of SBM’s Executive Management Committee. A graduate in Chemical Engineering from Herriot-Watt University in Edinburgh in 1980, and a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, he has previously worked for Foster Wheeler Energy and Total.


Simon HarmanSimon Harman, FPSO Delivery Manager, Woodside Energy
Humberside College of Higher Education, UK  with BA(Hons) Business Studies. Have worked  for both Oil companies and contractors in a variety of supply chain and contacting and procurement roles. Worked for Woodside for last 10 years in Contracting and Procurement roles, FPSO Category Manager for last 4 years. Prior to Woodside worked for BHP in the UK on the Liverpool Bay Development for 8 years in both project and brownfield/operations roles 

Duncan PeaceDuncan Peace, Managing Director, Crondall Energy

Duncan has spent the majority of his 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas business working on the design, construction, installation and operation of floating production and storage units.

A Naval Architect with a Masters Degree in Offshore Engineering, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration, he initially gained project experience with major contracting organisations such as Brown and Root and John Brown, before joining FPSO contractor Navion in Norway during the late 90’s as Commercial VP.
Following the sale of Navion’s FPSO business, Duncan returned to the UK to found Crondall Energy, and has lead the growth of the Company from start-up to its current position as a market leading multi-discipline floater consultancy. Duncan is an acknowledged global expert in the FPSO market, and continues to combine his leadership role with strategic consulting activities with major oil companies, contractors and banks. He speaks frequently at industry conferences and seminars around the World.



David HartellDavid Hartell, Senior Development Manager, Premier Oil

David has more than 39 years of onshore and offshore oil and gas developments experience including facilities engineering, construction, installation, project management, and production operations.  His developments experience has ranged from onshore remote locations to offshore deepwater locations. 

He has more than 29 years of international experience working with national energy companies, energy ministries, and governmental regulators. He has been responsible for managing subsurface asset, drilling and completion, and production operations teams.  

Mr. Hartell has presented papers at international conferences in Brazil, U.K., United States, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Korea. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Puneet SharmaPuneet Sharma, Vice President, Modec International

Puneet currently holds the position of Vice President at MODEC INTERNATIONAL and manages MODEC’s Atlantic FPSO Project Development Group in Houston which includes engineering, procurement, project controls and operations support. Prior to this, Puneet ran his own consultancy IRIS LLC, as well as directed Topsides Conceptual Designs and FEEDs at Berwanger. Puneet has also managed an oil and gas process technology department at Foster Wheeler. With over 25 years in the business, Puneet has held various roles in management, engineering and business developments for projects ranging from $10 million to $1.8 billion.

Puneet’s unique working background across almost all phases of oil and gas projects for both EPC contractors and vessel operators on almost every continent and climate has given him extensive project management experience.
